Little Mommy (Little Golden Book)

My husband and I will never forget our daughter at two and a half, "reading" this to her dolls. At that age, she remembered most, but not all of the pages, and of course, read them in her own endearing "babyspeak." The funniest was her rendition of the text of one of the first pages -- "My children are Annabelle, Betsy and Bonnie." It came out this way: "My choona bo bessie bonnie."

The R Book

The book was in great condition (perfect, in fact.. still in the plastic) but I wasn't too happy that it took the sellers about 4 days to ship the book and I needed it right away for a class, especially since it was being shipped from the UK to the US and would take longer than normal as it was (however, it took only about a week after they shipped it since they sent it by airmail). I would recommend this seller since the quality was so high. Just be aware that it may take them a while to ship because this company probably gets quite a few orders.Buy The R Book!

The Adobe Photoshop CS4 Book for Digital Photographers (Voices That Matter)

This book is another re-write of Kelby's earlier versions. It includes new information specific to CS4. It is accurate but assumes that all PC users are using an Open GL compatible graphics card so some things do not work as described. His exercise files are downloadable and it is very useful to work through his examples but I found it frustrating that some files were not included. I suspect that this is simply poor updating up on Kelby's part.

Butterflies Coloring Book (Dover Coloring Book)

I just purchased this for a little niece, age six. According to her mother, she spends hours coloring and is trying to match the butterflies to those she sees outside. I had a chance to flip through this book before giving it away and I was impressed with the information about butterflies in it.
