The book of Jubilees is a "must read" for all serious students of the Bible. While Jubilees is not considered a part of the Old Testament Canon by our generation, it is in fact of great historical import. The book of Jubilees is of no less import than our books on archeology, land maps, Hebrew and Greek syntax, grammer, and other such works we read to help us garner insight into the history, content, and understanding of the Holy Word of God. It is my belief that the book of Jubilees and the book of Enoch are two of the most important non-canon books available for Christians to read and study. I would add that both of these books are referenced in the Holy Bible to bear witness to the God inspired writings of the Old Testament. Jubilees is hard to put down, cover to cover a very easy, informative, and interesting read.
