While we had purchased many of the "Classic" Dr. Seuss books, I had shied away from the ones that seemed focused on one specific topic ("The Hat Book," "The Nose Book, etc.) thinking they would be boring. I finally picked up "The Foot Book," after looking at a few of the pages inside, and my kids (16 months old) love it! The book has been great for teaching adjectives - "low," "high," "wet," "dry," etc. The illustrations are such that my kids really seem to understand the gist of the word being used. It's fun, fast, and another favorite for my kids' self-reading efforts.Buy The Foot Book: Dr. Seuss's Wacky Book of Opposites!
