Purchased for my son, for bartending school and after, this has about every recipe you need. It's not a big book, which works well. You know, I thought I remembered that this was on a sort of ring binder, which made it even better as it would always lie flat. I hope I'm not wrong about that as it's been awhile since I purchased it, but I do remember being happy about that. If I'm wrong, sorry! :)Buy The Bartenders Black Book 9th Edition!
