The Social Skills Picture Book Teaching play, emotion, and communication to children with autism

My son is 7, high functioning autism. I borrowed this book at a meeting for parents with autistic children.
My son is only 7 and while eating dinner, read this book cover to cover and GOT IT. He now sees things and says "mommy, that is the wrong way"
or "that's the right way".
He completely GOT IT.
I had to return the book but my son asks for it. So I am on amazon now, planning to place my order.
But figured i'd pass my GREAT review on.

ALSO- I found the book so helpful that before I returned it, I brought it to his school and showed it to the child psyc and she loved it so much that she is ordering it for her CLASS!

Sticker Activity ABC (Sticker Activity Fun)

My daughter is just over two and can identify all the capital letters and is now getting great exposure to the lower case letters through this activity book. The stickers are cute and can be repositioned if she puts it down crooked or upside down. The colors are vibrant too. The Jungle Book (Unabridged Classics)

I bought this book to read with my 9 year-old son. We have the Disney books and movies at home but since he is an avid reader and I love Rudyard Kipling I thought it was time to find him the real deal and this book is it. I like everything about it, the font type, the illustrations, and the writing is, well... Rudyard Kipling. Beautiful, rich, provocative language that unleashes a child's imagination. My son and I devoured it in a few nights and after we were done it led to a really deep discussion on the differences with the Disney's version. Geometrical Design Coloring Book (Colouring Books)

you can't imagine my shock and amazement when randomly clicking around amazon, i came across this coloring book. i had it when i was in middle school. it came with me to every class. up until i lost it a couple years ago i still had 3 or 4 pages blank, waiting for the perfect chance to color them in. i can't explain it, but something about the combination of simplicity and design aesthetic is very relaxing. i like the paper it's printed on and the book is constructed in such a way that it's easy to color in.
