I considered reading this book, but after reading the reviews I can see that the author does not have the slightest clue about the God or the Bible. He is an non-expert giving an opinion on factual data. He needs to study the Bible and God before he gives out his opinion to others that are just as clueless as he is, but consider his opionion worth while because he's the editor of slate. Needless to say, I'm not wasting my time or money reading his book.
